Kim Terra is widely recognized as one of the top representatives of the Caio Terra team, founded by his brother Caio Terra. A highly accomplished grappler, particularly on the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) circuit, Kim is highly praised for his entertaining style.

Currently, Kim is living in Hilo, Hawaii, and is splitting his time training at the Penn fitness center and the Caio Terra Academy in San Jose. He is still a very active competitor and one of OSS's top athletes.
Kim is a multiple-time IBJJF Pan American Champion and, in his first year as a black belt, made it to the semi-finals of the IBJJF World Championships.
